I would herby like to show my deepest disappointment in the Vodacom brand.

I took My wife's Blackberry in for software repairs at the Vodacom shop at Bank City Johannesburg CBD, after a few Days I was told that my Device could not be fixed, When I got my device I then tried to switch it on and it went on, I tried to insert my Sim card and then realised that there was work done on my sim card reader this made me very suspicious, and also the phone was a MTN phone and when I switched it on it was Vodofone. I then checked the The BBM pin it was not the same when I checked the imei number inside the phone it matched with the number on the device box however when I got the imei number from the device information in was a totally different number. I then took the phone back, and the shop staff was very defensive and they started yelling at me claiming that I was lying, Why would I about such a thing the reason Why I took it to the Vodacom shop is because of the brands reputation however by the looks of things I was wrong about the brand.
