I had renewed my contract with Vodacom in April 2013. I got a Samsung Galaxy S4; which is the best device presently in my books BUT on Saturday 15 June 2013 the device ceased to operate in the excellent manner that we all wish for it to, super :-(
I tried to utilise the device on Saturday 15 June 2013 and I could not access nothing on the device as the "touch" screen did not work.
I called Vodacom's customer care yesterday and the customer care agent didnt know much and was not helpful to me. I had obtained this device via Vodacom Direct - can Vodacom kindly advise as to how i get this device repaired/exchanged - some valuable assistance will be great from Vodacom's side please.
