I upgraded my contract as per usual in July 2011 and managed to get a white Bold Blackberry from your Golden Acre branch. I originally wanted a white handset and Thembisa at MTN said that she has a white handset that has been opened but the client did not like the colour but all the functions on the handset works perfectly. Originally when I received the handset the only functions I needed was making calls BBM and internet. Since then my work has become more demanding and I needed to use my BB more frequently, I have then tried to download various applications which I then discovered I was unable to download anything on my handset
I sent the handset in for repairs and since then it has been sent back 3 times with the same issues and every time it is a software problem. The handset is with you guys now again for another repair
I do feel that I have been a religious patron for 8 years, I have never had any issues with all my other handsets and do feel that I have been conned by this handset. In light of the above I don't want my faulty handset back and really need to get a handset that I can use all the functions.
