I have upgraded my cell phone with Cell C Service Provider (Pty) Ltd in January 2013 and Cell C service provider provided me with a new Samsung S3 I9300 handset.
I returned the handset within 14 days with audio problems and requested from Cell C service provider a replacement of the faulty handset.
They refused to do so, saying their own service provider "Samsung" does not replace handset returned after 7 days. They decided to book the handset for repairs at Cell C Repair Centre on 19 January 2013, reference number CLC 889012. The handset was returned back to the store on 15 February 2013 with damages including deep stretches on the surface.
I requested again for new handset as damages occurred when the handset was on their possessions.
Surprisingly, they refused to do so. They decided to book the handset for repairs at Cell C Repair Centre again, reference number CLC 895827.
I don't want the faulty and damaged handset. I would like Cell C Service Provider (Pty) Ltd to replace the faulty and damaged handset with a new handset and reimburse me for the lost mobile data during the period of this contract.
