This is the second time I have issues with my BlackBerry handset. The 1st time I took the handset in (Only having had the phone for a few days), it took about 7 days to have the handset replaced because it was out of stock. 3 days later the new handset also starts giving me problems and the handset has been booked in for repairs since the 20th April- 24 days later I have not received any feedback regarding the repair and I cannot seem to get through to the store to follow up as no one answers. I requested for the contract to be cancelled and was advised that I would not only have to pay a cancellation fee but also the fees for the contract term! I wish I had never made the mistake of taking up a contract with this service provider. It's been just over a month now and I am paying for a service that I have no real benefit of because I have not even been provided with a replacement phone to use whilst my handset is being repaired.
