I HAD PURCHASED A BLACKBERRY HANDSET FROM CELL C WHICH WITHIN A FEW MONTHS STARTED GIVING ME ENDLESS PROBLEMS AND FINALLY REFUSED TO COME ON SHOWING AN ERROR ON SCREEN, I THEN BOOKED THE PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS ON THE 24/01/2013 AND NEVER HEARD FROM CELL C AGAIN, I MADE MANY TRIPS TO THE STORE WHICH IS AN UTTER INCONVENIENCE TO ME DUE TO THE FACT THAT I LIVE MORE THAN 35 KM AWAY FROM THE STORE ONLY TO HEAR EACH TIME THAT THE HANDSET WAS NOT BACK FROM REPAIRS. THIS I FOUND QUITE STRANGE AS 14 WORKING DAYS WAS USUALLY THE MAXIMUM WAITING PERIOD FOR REPAIRS. EVENTUALLY SICK AND TIRED I MADE A CALL TO THE STORE TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF THE HANDSET TO WHICH THE SALES ASSISTANT SAID IT WAS AVAILABLE AND READY FOR COLLECTION... WHICH LEFT ME IN WONDER AS TO WHY I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL OR MESSAGE TO SAY THAT MY UNIT WAS READY FOR ME TO COLLECT. NON THE LESS I WENT THROUGH TO CELL C ON THE 22/04/2013 WHICH WAS 3 MONTHS LATER ASKING FOR MY HANDSET ONLY TO BE TOLD BY NIVESH THAT THE UNIT HAD BEEN DISPATCHED ON THE 22/02/2013 AND HAS STILL NOT REACHED THE STORE! I AM SICK OF WASTING MY TIME AND FUEL TRYING TO LOCATE THE PHONE WHEN CLEARLY NO ONE CARES. I NOW WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED.
