IT HAS BEEN 6 DAYS SINCE I LODGED MY COMPLAINT WRT ON MY ACCOUNT AND PROMISED THAT I WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 48HRS, ITS BEEN 6 DAYS WITH NO FEEDBACK, TRIED PHONING THE CALL CENTRE, 62MINS WAITING, WHO HAS THE TIME TO WASTE :(
