6 Months down and no luck with Vodacom

Congratulations Vodacom
Its been 6 months since my first complaint. There are 9 Service requests open on your system.
I just cannot get past the call centre. Kim Thornton post that everything have been sorted. No it has not been sorted. A no reply sms and she thinks all is sorted.
I managed to speak to Reggie today. Thought something will happen. A few hours later I get a sms saying I dont have a valid claim from Noncedo Mkhithika. I tried to check up with him again on the number he gave me. It just rings and a sms is impossible.

I was refered to 082 1945. The operator tried to help but she could not even understand what I am trying to tell her. I asked for a manager but could not even speak to the team leader.
The call in question I believe does not even get listened to.
At the end of the day they sold a Smart phone on a Talk package and left the data off. Now since I didnt ask about the Data and she didnt say anything about the data I became automatically liable for the data? Like buying a car: I didnt ask about the tyres, now it comes without the tyres and I have to be happy with it?
I need help!! Someone I can reach and that can do something. A 2way conversation!!!
