I had a big issue with Vodacom regarding the Data package sold to me. This complaint was logged on the 01/03/2012. After going back and forth it was eventually sorted out on the 21/03/2013. Patrick Koma called me on the 21/03/2013 at 09:45 and assured me the issue was sorted out and Ill be on the correct data contract from the 01/04/2013. As a goodwill gesture Vodacom told me "on a recorded line" that there will be NO charges for any data used over and above my allocated data. Good thing I also recorded the convo because it was BIG FAT, now they want to charge me a R1121 ex vat!!! Please tell me Vodacom why would you say one thing and now do another, thank you for me off... The recording will be posted on FB shortly.
