After spending 3 months trying to correct an incorrect contract got a call from Vodacom and the problem was promptly sorted. Was given 500 Mb of data for all my troubles witch was very welcoming. Then after 2 months after getting my airtime & data bundle as per contract the remaining 495 Mb of data was taken away :( I do understand as per the original contract what you dont use you lose & am happy with that BUT this data was given to me for the patience i had for 3 months so i do feel that this is an isolated case therefore feel a bit disappointed that this has happened.
I do however feel that GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL PREVAIL...
