No TVs after 10 months, but I get billed monthly

I took an MTN contract on 15 October 2012 with MTN Direct Jhb call centre, I got a voucher for 2 Hisense TVs, 19 inch and 32 inch. I filled the voucher and e-mailed it to Hisense to redeem my TVs, I tried phoning MTN to speak to the sales consultant I took the contract from without luck, other consultants I was speaking to kept saying they will send her a message to contact me, but she never called me. I did enquire with Hisense again and they asked me to resend my voucher, which I did on 22 May 2013 and again on 5 June 2013. the hisense contact person told me MTN hasn't settled their invoice at Hisense and as a result I couldn't get my TVs, I did complain at MTN head office when ultimately Mamotse Mdluli (sale consultant) me on 2nd July 2013, she promised to enquire at Hisense and get back to me, but she never did. I have been waiting for TVs for almost 9 months, but MTN bills me every month for a service they are not rendering to me. Should I really be the one doing debt collection for Hisense at MTN?
