I took out a Top up 200 contract with a Samsung Galaxy S3 around July of 2012 for R 399 a month.
For the last two months my bill has been increased to R 428 a month. I don't understand how this is possible on a Top up contract as I recharge in excess of this amount if I need to. I have tried to contact the number included on my bill on several occasions though this is always engaged, I have also logged a request on MTN active though with no success. Please can someone assist me regarding this matter as this is not the amount I had signed on with for my initial contract
