I have not received invoices or statements since Sep 2012 from MTN. They have incorrectly captured my address and when I asked them to update correctly, they said its updated, but iam not receiving the invoice
I have called their call centre a number of times about this and they claim that emails were sent to the email address I supplied. I have not received these emails and today 16th Aug 2013 also I have called them and requested for invoice through email and they said its been sent, but I haven't received. This is very frustrating and the service in call centre is not good. They are not treating us as a customer
Please fix this, MTN. It is ridiculous that customers should have to call your service centre a number of times to get the services they pay for.
