On the 07/02/2013 i bought a cell phone @ Alison Communications in Menlyn (Sony Xperia T). I started using the cell on the 10/02/2013 after I had manged to get a micro Sim. The phone worked only for 3 days the it died. So on the 13th I took it to Groblersdal Vodacom as it was within seven days of purchase. It was meant to have been booked as out of box failer, but instead it was booked for repairs. It was brand new with no scratches whatsoever. Job no: 8603292 - 47232099. On the 5/03/2013 I collected the phone. (Mind you according to the rules they were meant to have given me a brand new phone) but they said it was due to software upgrade and that why the cell died, but now the have has several damages, The back cover is and the top left Conner has a sclap (broken). They wrote on the customer receipt that the phone was never broken but now I have to take it to another store as they do not have it in store and that it was not damaged by them but by vodacom repairs. I have paid R7149.00 for this phone but I only used it for 3 days and now I do not have a phone including my R7149.00. I have since taken it further to Vodacom repairs in Highveld Mall Job no: 8669557. PLS HELP
