Incorrect Data Billing

During June 2013 I have been charged R1004 for Data
( there were charges of R56, R24, R37, R38 etc etc adding up to this R1004)
I did absolutely NO downloads during June 2013 (NOT even one download)
-> Confirm this with your IT department!
I have never in my life nor will I ever download music or stream any videos

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THESE CHARGES WERE FOR
as I have Unlimited data on my "Blackberry All Week 100"
THIS R1004 NEEDS TO BE REVERSED IMMEDIATELY

I sent Sisa from Cell C a "Network Problem Sheet" on the 18th July But to no avail -
I am Still been Incorrectly Charged for Downloads that were Never done!!!
