Bad attitude

A lady called me selling me an insurance for a phone, I was on holiday and i told her several times i do not need the insurance but kept on saying anything can happen, my house can be burgled tonight and they take my phone, mind you my house was burgled and this person has my address on the system... when i insisted i do not need this insurance, she then told me that i have stuff that i do not need. what puzzled me is she doesnt know me yet she is telling me what i do and dont need... Her attitude was really puzzling, if this is how Vodacom treats their customers i am really not happy esp since she mentioned i was an important customer. The number she called me with was 0318307999
