Upon receiving my monthly top-up of R200 and 250mb data on my blackberry Z10 for reasons unknown all the airtime has been consumed without me making a call or data services. i have loaded further airtime to the value of R90 and that has been consumed as well. there are no background applications running or subscriptions loaded on my number. i am unable to use my phone bacuse if i load airtime it will be consumed. i have called the call centre and was told to wait a week and this is not acceptable as i need to use this phone on a daily basis. if possible please please can you run an audit on my phone and the neceassary reimbursement should be given to me, because i am paying for a service and not getting any satisfaction out of it. please address urgently!
