4 months back i was a victim of house breaking, i handed thet relavent documents to the store, after reporting the matter to the poliice station, each an evry procedure was taken, but the lady who is processing the insurance claim application was giving me a stincking bad attitude, i told the store manager, the manager said he will help me, only 2 find out he is not interested to my story, i went to the store for several times and he is telling me that he will come to wittness that is it really a house breaking, he got a month promising me that he will come to my house, i called at head office they phone took me to voicemail, i left the message saying i got problem with my claim, but they ddnt respond. Now i am still paying them each an evry month R1500, but am not recieving my tv and sound system. BUT NOW I AM PROMISING THEM THAT IF I DONT GET MY STUFF BEFOR 25 APRIL 2013 I WILL CANCEL THE DEDUCTIO N BEFOR MONTH END.I WILL LAY-BUY TV AT MORKELS STORE.PAY MY LAWYER TO SOLVE THIS CASE BECAUSE I AM PAYING FOR THE INSURAHCE BUT THEY CANT HELP ME
