Bad Customer Service and Attitude!

I was accompanying my Aunt to Vodacom @ lakeside mall on Saturday to redeem her talking points, the staff there had a very bad attitude from the lady that assisted us from the door to the one that was serving us, unfortunately they did not have name tags otherwise I would be able to mention their names cos I was really at the way they work. Vodacom is good company but if the staff treats customers like this it will sink, the lady that was serving us was sitting on the 1st system on my left when we enter the door it was around 12:30 she gave us bad attitude didn't even educate my aunt about the phone and just told her to sign without reading anything, I don't think it is fair... what happens to those uneducated customers ad those that cant use the phone but knows the basics??? well... we shall remain loyal to the Vodacom network if the staff treats us the way we deserve. Thank you!
