Since Monday morning (12/08/2013) I have been trying to contact MTN business with regards to changing ownership of two of our contracts. Not only have I not been able to get through to the call center but emails which are sent to [Email Removed] are never replied to! Due to the complete lack of customer service I will be moving ALL of our business away from MTN.
In the meantime, if its not too much to ask considering how much money we throw at MTN every month, can someone please contact me to assist with changing the ownership of the two contracts at hand?
