I previously had a problem with this contract where I had to practically beg MTN to have it processed. After all the fighting and nagging and complaining and begging, we got the contract processed and approved within a few hours from submitting. I am still however (two months later) waiting for delivery for my Samsung TV that was part of my contract with MTN. We have phoned daily with a USD code given to us by MTN and we are just given the same excuse daily: We do not have stock, we have placed you on a short list, we will have stock within the next 3 days and delivery will take place 3-5 days after stock has been received. It is now about 60 days later and I am still waiting for confirmation of delivery. I have also heard that delivery is most often a problem when there IS stock available. The service delivery from Brightpoint is PATHETIC at the least. I guess that I will have to get ready for a LONG fight ahead and hopefully have delivery before Christmas???
