We have 5 x contracs with Nashua, we have lost one of the phones and have done a sim swop as well as a black listing of the phone. We have now been informed tha the number that has been lost is not insured and that they will not be replacing the phone. they have however taken the monthly installments off every month for the Experia phone with the insurance payment for a blackberry as well on one number, but will not pay the Experia as they say it was not insured on the number.
We have 5 x contracts with them why on earth should it matter which phone number is in which phone, we are insuring the phone not the number, there is simsure on all the sims.
I want the phone replaced.
