On 09 April 2012 I took out a contract and received a 32' inch Samsung TV at MTN Canal Walk (opposite the Edgars Store). 2 months ago my TV give problems and MTN Canal Walk directed me to Brightpoint. I tried numerous times to contact them but to no avail. I went back and forth to MTN and they just said it's a free TV and that's it. If it is faulty they can't do anything. I asked for a Service Agent again they "call Brightpoint". I tried numerous times but no answer at Brightpoint. I then went back to MTN a very nice lady Whatsapp'd her friend a Samsung's agent (again to the wrong Service Provider). I had to go to Samsung store and they gave me the correct details and Servicing Agent. But it was too late and I was 8 days out of my Guarantee I must pay R1200 to fix my TV because MTN could not guide me to where I must it. MTN needs to pay the amount as because if they directed me to Liptronics in February already my TV would have still been under guarantee
