Still waiting

Well my hubby and I have gotten 3 phones from virgin mobile via bears in alberton but cause virgin mobile are taking their time we have been waiting since last week saturday for our phones it has been 7 days already and we were told the waiting period to get phones will b 3 working days. This is so unacceptable as we are eager to have our new phones
