Please people. Stay well away from Virgin Mobile. Look at all the complaints here on Hello Peter and you will see why. The response/answers from the company here on Hellopeter is just for eye-blind. Nothing gets resolved even after complaints. What worries me most is the people that are being billed and blacklisted after fulfilling their contracts with this company!! Scares me to not try to port away.
See my hellopeter report "poor-service-1089574" on 15 May whereafter they confirmed my upgrades were approved as per the original agreement and new phones will be delivered.
I phoned them twice today to find out what the current status are and in both cases I did not receive any answer other than "I will phone you back in 10 minutes" (Leslie) and ..."Please hold the line" (Miles?) after which the line started ringing...
Now I will just have to wait till Wednesday to see what I will be billed for. Old contract amounts with phones already paid and now over billed or new contract amounts with phones that I did not receive.
