First I received an SMS on the 21st of September stating that my data bundles have been cancelled, only my airtime got loaded that day but later on my account had 0 amount of airtime, I had R392 airtime in my phone before they loaded the R200' but the same day all my airtime was gone together with my smashes.i logged a call and was told its a network problem and will be sorted by Mon. Since then I went into a Witbank store and tried to sort it, no luck, I have been calling the call centre no luck either, I haven't used my phone since then but my bill keeps going up. All I want is this to be resolved
