Mysterious Deduction of MTN Airtime

I am a top-up subscriber to mtn, im not subscribed to any service and i buy prepaid topup airtime regularly yet i still lose my airtime in mysterious ways, on 31st Dec 2013 I loaded R30 prepaid airtime and made two 1 minute calls, i was only left with R4 airtime (I still have over 200MB on the data bundle - so no! aitrime was not consumed by the apps), now how do you explain that?? This is really worrying and I need to know why MTN does not have a facility to enable customers to see what legitimate/illegitimate VAS providers are deducting airtime from our accounts!!
