I took out a contract with MTN on 07/06/2013, later on the same month i got a bill saying that i have to pay R1400.00 by the end of the month for only internet usage, i thought the amount was extremly rediculous considring the fact that i only log on to whatsapp and facebook, i tried fighting the issue by going to the shop to get clarity aswell as calling the call centre but didnt get anywhere and then decided to pay the whole amount anyway. on 10/08/2013 i lost my phone, had it blacklisted it and thn went to the Police station for an affidavit so that i can go to the store and claim of which i did on the 11/08/2013 at Phumlani mall and the consultant faxed the fom for me and said i must go to the shop on Monday for fedback, i did just that and was told that insurance does not recognize my cell number or my Id number but suprisingly enough they do recognize those when they take my money, went back on Tuesday and Wednseday still the same thing, my life is at a stand still and i dont owe MTN anything, I regret ever taking the contract with them and everything thet is yellow because of MTN my life is! I really need someone to assist me
