2 weeks trying to do a sim swap n still failing

Monday 15/07/2013 I phoned mtn call center to do a sim swap but I 'failed' the question I was asked and I was told to do an affidavit. Wednesday whilst doing shopping in Menlyn I decided to try the questions again at the Mtn store n passed the Qs this time around but somehow I was told my old number is blacklisted so I must phone 173 (call center) they will assist me with dat. I contacted 173 immediately only to be told I must fax an affidavit confirming that I owned my old sim card and I went to a police station stood on a long que but eventually I got the affidavit n I faxed it together with copy of ID to the number I was given by173. The following day (Thurs) no swap was done so I phoned 173 only to be told the new sim I had purchased on wednesday had expired to do a sim swap. Friday I went to menlyn got a new card n the lady assisting me phoned 173 but was told by Oegeng that they hadn't received the affidavit so she Emailed it to him n was to wait for 2-24 hrs. Sat nothing happed so I phoned 173 n I was told there's no affidavit received so they'll trace it n call me back.
