Samsung Galaxy Tab was on 05/01/2013.On 06/01/2013 I reported it lost to Markus Pretorius (Internal Broker;Commercial Fleets) & he issued me with with a claims which I completed & submitted on 07/01/2013.I recieved no further information/requirement notification. I sent a follow up mail to Markus on 16/01/2013 & 18/01/2013 & still didn't recieve any feedback. On 04/02/2013 I sent another mail to Markus informing him that it had been a month with no feedback/information on the process of my claim. On 05/02/2013 Markus forwarded my claim request to Charlotte Mhlanga. On 08/02/2013 Charlotte responds to my claim requesting an ITC number, which I should have been informed about immediately when submitting the claim. I issue the ITC number to her and only on 18/02/2013 then she requests a police case number. I then run around & get a case number which I submit on 22/02/2013 & issue to Charlotte immediately. Today she responds to my claim by telling me that I should pay R799.90 excess amount.

Every month my account is debitted for device payment and insurance. This query has gone on for over a month & im still getting the run around & must pay more money. KEEP UR Phone, DONT DEBIT ME
