My Topup Contract phone was wrongly Blacklisted on 19 December 2013, on the 20th December 2013 I called the call center number and they tell me to go to the nearest Voda Shop. Then i went to vodashop in Sunnyside and they advised to go to the the police station and write affidavit which i did. I went to Vodacom care in Vodaworld and I get to one of their rude consultant and she asked for proof of purchase which is also not indicated on the Blacklisting form
