Billing twice in one month &STILL locking my phone

Since I have opened up my iphone contract with Nashua Mobile in June 2013, they have caused me NOTHING but headaches. First, it took them over a month to ACTIVATE my phone. I was phone-less for the entire month of June as I could not make or recieve calls/sms's as my phone was not activated. They then charged me the full amount for the month my phone was not activated, I am STILL waiting for my money back. This month I made sure there was enough money in my account for them to debit on the 1/08.They did so& a few days later, they debitted off my bank acount AGAIN even though the first debit order went thru successfully. Last week, they sent me an SMS saying my phone will be locked as I have not made my payment for August. They proceeded to lock my phone. I called Nashua mobile, clearwater&they unlocked my phone&said they will sort this matter out. I even sent one of the employees my bank statements showing that I got billed TWICE for the month of August&that they owe me money. Yesterday I received ANOTHER SMS saying I have not paid for the month of August&once again my phone got locked. I called them demanding they unlock my phone&sort this out. Still, I have not heard from them.
