I Could upgrade on my 22nd Month (1 July 2013). I upgraded via a call to the call centre to a Staigtup 100 contract, Cell C witch give a free upgrade to 1 Gig data. 2 days later the phone and sim was deliver. It took me numerous calls over a period of 3 days to get the sim activated. On 13 July my phone is soft locked because my phone exceed my limit set by Nashua mobile on R1046.04 on 27 July we visited the Wonderboom Junxion to reset my limit to R100.00 and query the soft lock. Apparently my contract was not loaded in July and still on the BIS old contract. On 1 August the softlock was off, the same evening they locked my phone again. the 2nd August the phone was fine but with one difference, only 100 meg data was loaded. I called the call centre again on the 3rd with a promise that they will call me back. Today I called again and hold on for 24 minutes and then just got cut off. Phoned again and talked to Sharlotte who promised to call me back tomorrow after 12h00 Another 19 minutes airtime. Now I discovered that my Data plan is set to be activated on the 1 Gig only on 27 September. How is this possible I pay the full R399 for something I do not get. All my airtime GONE!
