Please help! I took out a contract with Nashua Mobile in July 2013. I signed my debit order for the 1st of every month. Nashua Mobile puts the debit order through on the 26th of every month. Because my salary is not yet in, it can't go off, so I get a fine of R100 from my bank, and a fine of R72 from Nashua Mobile every month. I also use up to R120 airtime every month trying to sort the problem out over and over! Promises that a Credit Manager will phone me just doesn't happen! 4 requests already! Well this month, after faxing proof of payment 3 times, and numerous phone calls of begging, my wife walked out on me because I threw the phone from frustration. Her mother passed away before she could make that last phone call after begging and pleading for reconnection! This is bad! Really bad! I am expecting the samne problem with the phone this month, as no one has contacted me yet! What a useless company!
