Telkom: No Service (phone or ADSL) for 2 weeks

On the 30th of July my Telkom landline and ADSL went down. It was down the whole week, and then came back, only to be cut off again. Today is the 14th of August and it is still down!
I am paying for line rental from telkom, and data from Mweb, which I am not able to use!
I work from home, and have suffered sever losses from this!
Will my lines ever be repaired? Will I be reimbursed for all the costs I have incurred, trying to use 3G from my cellphone?
How many businesses in my area are going down due to this poor service?
