Worst Customer Service

After ordering a Samsung Tab 2 from the Autopage website, I received an email 4th of Jan confirming my Order and delivery by Wednesday worst case. That Thursday without response or delivery I called Autopage to find out where my order is, just to hear that my order does not exist on the system. I decided to leave this poor quality company and the contract right there. The following week I was contacted by Ridwaan Govendor who offered assistance, told me everything was approved and he just needed some documents. I forwarded all, and he advised that delivery will take place the following Monday. I never received anything. I have emailed Autopage multiple times, being promised by the automated response to be contacted, which did not happen once, tried to follow up with Autopage, once again nothing, but got Ridwaan's contact details and called. He stopped responding to my emails after promising twice to reply and keep me up to date. He has shifted the delivery dates 2 times now, and told me the couriers will deliver. So I called the courier to track my delivery just to find out they have not even received my tablet. Very very poor service and extremely bad image on them.
