I ordered a new cellphone as an upgrade on my contract. i have been a customer of autopage for approx 20 years. i ordered the phone i wanted online, was told i would have it by the end of the week from Joburg office after 2 weeks i heard no response so i called in and was advised that the phone had not been shipped yet due to delivery problems. so i cancelled that order. a month later i decided to go to my local branch, George, and ordered the same phone again. after 2 weeks i followed up and they said they were going to find out how far the phone is and get back to me. its going on 3 weeks that i ordered it from my local branch and still no phone. whose is to blame for this this horrible service? samsung, autopage george or the main autopage branch?
