Still no delivery

This is the second complaint on an issue that is still not sorted out! I Logged an upgrade request on the 9th of May and was promised delivery of my cellphone by the 16th at the latest. Many phone calls to useless operators later I finally acquired a tracking number from the courier company, just to be told that the handset was still at the autopage warehouse. It now the 24th, 15 days later and nobody can give me an answer as to why I still don't have my phone. This is the worst service EVER and I will be cancelling my contract with Autopage in the very near future. Autopage will not do business with me or anyone that I know ever again!!! Congratulation on losing another customer due to PATHETIC customer relations!!!
