I purchased a deal from Autopage Cellular online via their website and provided all the information as required. I received an email with a sales order number, which was the last correspondence I received.
I called now two days later to follow up on the delivery and was advised that the delivery address was incorrect even though I had included it on my online application with additional notes to facilitate the courier to find the office park easily. I then get yet another call from Autopage requesting my branch code which was also included it on my online application, I then get yet another call from Autopage requesting my branch name which was also included it on my online application. When I questioned Ernest as to why he requires this info, he stated these fields reflect as an error on his side and therefore does not have the info.
When I asked as to when the delivery would take place, I was advised that neither had the invoice been completed, nor had the package been dispatched to the courier, and I could expect the delivery by maybe Monday or Tuesday when I will be on leave out of Durban.
