Dont know anymore

No really! This is not funny anymore!

Today is the 12/08/2013!!!

We had a quick response from Autopage and some more promises...
The 1st R900 has even been deducted from my bank but still NO PHONES!!
The contract is already activated and even has a expiry date in 2015!

???

Previous Complain:

Upgraded A phone contract 28/05/2013 today is 16/07/2013 still no phone. I called them nearly every second day to track the delivery. Apparently the warehouse has send the 2 new phones on the new contract to the courier (Courier IT) Phoned them, they said they have send the parcel back to Autopage because the delivery note was incomplete to begin with. Nobody at Autopage knows exactly what is going on. They said every time they will find out what is the problem and that they will come back within 10 min. after 2 days I phone again. The same old story. If you ask for the manager then the consultant hang up.

The inconvenience caused by all of this is that we spend probably more than R500 just on calls to try and find out what is going on. They promise they will send an urgent delivery request after the 1st week. still nothing...
