Multiple calls logged with @lantic, paying for a 4Mb uncapped link but only getting 0.08kbps download. Totally unacceptable, problem not even fixed for 7 days and now back to a null and void service. If @lantic can't even manage their own back to back agreements with Telkom / IS then a person needs to ask why are they a provider. Think it's time to look at other options, maybe directly Telkom as they provide the last mile service and just cutout the middle man.
