Wrong billing every month

Vodacom has for the last 3 months messed up the billing on 1 of my 4 contracts, What should have been costing R 99 is now costing R 222 becuase of the incompetence of staff that work there. If vodacom cant get it right i will not upgrade the 2 contracts i have due for upgrade
