On the 6th August I went into the MTN store to purchase a Combo contract with a Samsung Sa mobile device and a Samsung tablet. The contract was sent thorugh for approval. All supporting documents were sent through the very next day. I called in to find out if the contract was approved on the 8th August. The contract was appoved and I collected the devices on the Cth August. The Samsung Sa was activated in store with a micro sim card. On the 10th August I returned the devices because of financial changes at work meant I would not be able to afford the contract. I opted to keep the tablet on a seperate contract. Molefi advised me that the initail contract will be cancelled and he will notify me of sUch. He also said hed let me know when the new contract would be activated. I called on the 11th to ask if the contract was cancelled and new contract activated. None of which was done. He promised to call and provide feedback on Monday. I called on Monday to query feedback and Molefi advised that he is still awaiting feedback and that he would get back to me. On Monday I received an email saying he is waiting for the cancellation and then he would activate the tablet sim card.
