CELLPHONE INSURANCE REPAIR

On the 4th of June I handed in my Blackberry to be repaired under insurance. I was told it would take approximately 3 weeks, which I accepted. After 2 weeks, I was in the store and enquired after the repair, and was told no information was available as yet. After another 10 days I went back to the store where the consultant called the insurance department and I was informed that my insurance had been cancelled 2 years earlier. This was strange as I had previous insurance on a Samsung E250 which I cancelled when I bought the Blackberry, and insured it, I also asked to have the insurance for the Samsung cancelled. The incorrect insurance was then cancelled and I was told that the recording would be checked and I would be called back the next day. After 4 days I went back to the store as I had not been contacted back. The insurance company was called again and another person then told me that they would call me back after listening to the recording. I waited another week and was still not contacted by the insurance, or the store. I was told 2 weeka ago that the insurance would be reinstated and the phone would be repaired. It has now been 7 weeks, and still no call back.
