I booked my phone in for repair approx 3 weeks ago, I received an sms with the wrong MTN SP Insurance number and my phone was send back to the store I gave it into. When I finally got hold of MTN SP last week they insisted that I pick up the phone from the store so that they can collect it from me, Its monday now and nobody has contacted me and I am being kept on hold for over 2 hours at a time. Now I dont want my phone repaired anymore i really really want it replaced.
