I called my insurance on 28.01.2013, the requesting that they change the panel beaters where my vehicle is supposed to be repaired as they have a back log from the hail storm. i want my car fixed
due to no response i caled them again on the 31.01.2013 and was told the requests take max 7 days and that i will be contacted. since then in the past week, when i call i hold for over 15minutes with no response from the department that makes bookings. today when i tried to escalate the matter i was told the manager, was busy and i should wait. then i was on hold not knowing till when i was about to hold. till i put the phone down.
the amount of money spent on those calls alone could have been part of my access
