I have been a Nashua subscriber for the more than 4 years. My monthly cellphone usage is R1800.In the last 6 month I have been soflocked everytime on the 2nd and sometimes after the 9/10 of the month. Today is the 13 and i have been out of service for 3days. I contacted Nashua and they told me i have utilized R287.50 until my phone was softlocked. I am on MTN Talk350 and my account is paid up monthly through debit order yet i am disconnected. I have not been able to carry out my work for 3 days and i received no explanations from Nashua.
Why i am subjected to such service while im pay for these services monthly???
