The account department of Nashua Mobile is disgusting. I paid my account EVERY month as soon as possible but not later than the 4th, I paid by internet and fax my payment confirmation through to Nashua Mobile. This month I paid 1 July, but even on the 2nd of the month they softlocked my phone. They did not check their emails for payment confirmation, they did not wait for 2 days to see if the money is in their account! This is bad service!
I am not a bad payer! why do they treat me like that!!! I have my account with Nashua Mobile for 17 years, but at the end of my contract which is in a few months time this will end their horrible service because I am looking for another service provide
