I have realised my cellphone bill has gone up approxiametly R100 a month since January 2013. I called Nashua today find out what the extra cost was, and was informed that it was a third party. I was very confused and the guy explained that SMSnet has me registered as a subscriber. I instisted that i am not and requested a refund. I was informed that Nashua can not be held accountable, However i signed a contract with Nashua mobile and Nashua mobile debts my account, I have given them permission. So when Nashua is debting my account on behalf of a third party it is very much Nashua mobiles PROBLEM.
I then proceeded to call SMSnet, who refuse to give me a refund and insisit that i registered as a subscriber, i asked for proof tangible black and white proof and was told that i am asking a impossible question.
So somebody has to take resposnsibilty and seen as though NASHUA was given permission for my CELLPHONE CONTRACT DEBTING I would assume that there would be ethics involved. If Nashua does not want to be held accountable, then dont do the dirty work for SMSnet.
I insist on a refund for the last 2 months, and I actually have no faith in NASHUA MOBILE.
