One week ago my wife started a new contract with Nashua Mobile and since then, the promised 250 MB of monthly data has not been activated. She still has not made any phone calls on her new smartphone and yet she has been 'softlocked' out of all services because NM has allocated her data services to her small monthly call allocation. This means that she ran out of data after a few minutes on the internet. She has paid 'top up' amounts on two occasions and still she cannot use her phone. No one can seem to help...
